PediPaws Replacement Heads: Work great, will last a long time April 4, 2009 Mel M (Gahanna, OH United States) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I've also reviewed the PediPaws itself, so I can say that my same review (below) would also apply to the PediPaws replacements. In addition, the replacements arrived very quickly and in good shape. My original PediPaws head is still going after a month of use on 2 dogs, but I wanted the replacements so I have them when I need them because the PediPaw is so great. This 12 pack should last a long time for me. Thanks, PediPaws, for developing this wonderful product!

I LOVE the PediPaws and can't say enough good about it! It's been a miraculous heaven send!
I have 2 dogs, and clipping their nails has always been difficult, if not impossible at times. I've had an especially hard time for 12 whole years with my older dog - she's petrified of toenail clippers.
After I bought the PediPaws, I watched the PediPaws online video, and spent just a few minutes each night for a week gradually getting my dogs used to it. Now, they both actually LOOK FORWARD to getting their nails clipped with the PediPaw while they sit with me and I watch TV at night. I CAN HARDLY BELIEVE IT! They just think they are getting extra attention from me, and don't care about what I'm really doing. There have even been a few times that my 2 dogs have both scooted up to me, trying to get their PediPaws turn first.
Once a friend was visiting, and while we were talking, I was absentmindedly PediPaw'ing my cocker spaniel for a long time. My 12 year old dog came over, impatient for her turn. My normally mild mannered cocker spaniel started to growl, as if to say, "I'm still having my turn, don't you dare try to get up here yet." My older dog waited, then eventually got her turn to be PediPawed.
This is the first "As on TV" product that I have ever bought. I don't trust "As on TV" type ads. But, I loved the PediPaws so much that I bought 2 more on Amazon, one for my sister and one for a friend. They both have had similar experiences with their dogs as I did and are totally amazed,. I give it 5 thumbs up!

pedi paws works best of grinders I've tried! February 19, 2010 Thomas Gerard Ryan (Lakebay, WA United States) pedi paws grinder is easy to use, cordless, efficient, and my dogs seem to enjoy it. I give them a treat when we're done.
The plastic shield hold the claw in the right angles for rotating the grinder around the point and rounding it off. Since it is easy,
I'm able to grind the claws more often, casually while watching tv, and keep them shorter.... better for the dogs on linoleum, and better for wear and tear on furniture and floors.
PediPaws April 15, 2010 Callie (LaGrange, Ga USA) I been have using my pedipaws for over a month now and my dog loves it. It used to be a struggle to cut his nails, two people to hold him and one to clip his nails. Now he just sits for me while I use the pedipaws on his nails. What I used to dread doing and he hated, is now easy for both of us. I would recommend this product to everyone.
If You Use PediPaws You'll Need These July 5, 2010 tvtv3 (Sorento, IL United States) If you have a PediPaws that you use regularly, the rotating emery head will need to eventually be replaced. When that happens, you'll need some of these replacement heads. If you used PediPaws enough to need replacement heads, you already use PediPaws so you know that the device itself works to a certain extend so you'll probably like these replacement heads. From my experience these replacement heads work as well as the original emery rotating head on PediPaws. So, I bought a few to stock up.
PediPaws August 21, 2010 J. Grace (San Jose, Ca) I love this product. I bought one to save money on expensive trips to the groomer for just a bath and nail clipping.
When I first saw the ads on tv with the animals just sitting there I thought "No way that would work on my dogs!" I broke down and bought one and use it on both dogs with little to no fighting from them.
I would recommend to start using this tool on younger pups because it makes them less nervous about it. My younger dog (we started using this when he was a pup) will actually fall asleep while I do his nails. The older dog will sit there, but needs reassurance that it is okay.
This works great since the nails are filed and not cut. We have small dogs, so I don't know if you would get the same results with larger dogs with larger nails. I do love that there are no more scratches from sharp, cut nails.
Of all the products advertised on tv, this is one that actually works.
